Riverside Ballroom
Our ballroom is fashioned in neutral shades, allowing guests to focus their attention toward floor and to ceiling windows, where they’ll find glorious views. The room is ideal for both small groups (20) and larger groups (250) and can be partitioned into four breakout rooms, each complete with its own built-in drop-down screen.
Rapids Room
Our Kayak-themed boardroom features floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open up to our outdoor pool deck (ideal for the perfect meeting break). This room can accommodate up to 16 people and is complete with a built-in drop-down screen and flat-screen plasma TV. Your executives will be impressed in these luxurious meeting surroundings.
Gondola Ballroom
Our Gondola Ballroom features 2,000 square feet of flexible space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a sunlit foyer that opens up to the Gondola Plaza.
Talons Suite
Located off of The Westin Riverfront lobby, the 900 square foot Talons Suite is an ideal setting for intimate dinners, receptions and board meetings featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio.
Riverside Foyer
With a full built-in bar, this space is perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail reception and allows for additional space for our creative breakfast and lunch buffets. The Riverside Ballroom and Foyer is centrally located in the hotel, and an elegant grand staircase brings guests back up to the lobby and the heart of the hotel.
Riverside Terrace & Event Lawn
With views overlooking the Eagle River, our 4,000-square-foot terrace and event lawn is the perfect location for a wedding ceremony, corporate reception or simple game of bocce. Our meeting guests will find this to be a spectacular venue for a welcome reception, afternoon break or calming area for a mountain-themed picnic lunch.
The Osprey Suite
The Osprey is a modern alpine hospitality suite featuring custom furniture with large windows overlooking our Gondola Plaza. Ideal for social functions, board meetings, community dinners, welcome receptions and more, the 1,227 square foot Osprey offers seating for 35 people plus a lounge area and dedicated buffet table. A private office space is also available.

Stoke & Rye at The Westin Riverfront, is available for complete buyouts for rehearsal dinners, weddings and post-wedding brunch for up to 150 people, as well as for semi-private events. Guests will savor Chef Sandoval's vibrant flavors and alpine-inspired dishes and locally sourced fare while drinking in the magnificent Beaver Creek Mountain views from Stoke & Rye’s outdoor terrace.
